Felts Family Car Care is looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join our growing family-owned automotive repair shop!

What You'll Do:
- Welcome every customer with a smile, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality.
- Listen to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately document their needs.
- Explain our diagnostic and Vehicle Health Inspection processes.
- Communicate repair recommendations and preventive maintenance needs in a clear, honest, and friendly manner.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Help customers make confident, educated decisions about their vehicles.
- Build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back.
- Work closely with our technicians and team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
